A strong visual effects resume should show shots delivered and how often they were approved. Highlight productions credited, shots per year, first-review approval rates, delivery under schedule pressure, and any tools or templates that other artists adopted. Name your software explicitly, because Nuke, Houdini, and Maya are filtered on, and state your discipline and level plainly, since prep, compositing, effects, and leading a sequence are different jobs and a junior, mid-level, and senior artist are hired on different evidence. Use the examples below to see how to turn effects work into clear, results-focused resume achievements.
