Accreditation Programme. Led an 18-month accreditation process across 9 programs with a self-study covering 200 standards, a policy rewrite of 60 documents, staff training for 120 employees, and 3 mock site visits, which achieved accreditation with 0 required corrective actions and qualified the organisation for $4M in contracts requiring accredited status.
