Store Cluster Buy Planning. Built a buy planning model that groups 320 stores into 6 clusters by climate, size, and demographic, sets the seasonal buy by cluster, and triggers mid-season reorders on the top 100 items at a 60% sell-through threshold, which cut end-of-season markdowns from 24% to 15% of sales and raised in-stock on top items from 88% to 96%.
Private Label Bedding Programme. Developed a private label bedding line of 140 items over 14 months with a sourcing office in 2 countries, 4 rounds of quality testing, and a 3-tier pricing architecture, which reached $18M in sales in the first full year at a margin 9 points above branded equivalents and grew private label to 35% of the category.
