Meeting Architecture Review. Audited all 31 recurring leadership meetings against purpose, attendees, and decisions produced. Nine were cancelled and 7 shortened, returning 11 hours a month to each executive without losing a single decision forum.
Pricing Review Programme. Led a cross-functional pricing review spanning finance, sales, and product with no line authority over any of them. The programme delivered $12M in additional annual revenue and set a repeatable annual review.
