A strong biotechnology resume should show the experiments and processes you ran and what they produced for the programme. Highlight assays per year and acceptance rates, methods developed that became standards, titre or yield improvements, technology transfers and batch records, submissions your data supported, and for laboratory support roles the batches prepared, contamination and stockout records, and systems built. Name your techniques, instruments, and software, because specific methods and platforms are filtered on. State your level plainly, since a research associate generating discovery data, a senior scientist developing and transferring processes, and a laboratory assistant keeping the laboratory running are hired on different evidence. Use the examples below to see how to turn laboratory work into clear, results-focused resume achievements.
